Privacy Policy

What we collect - Passenger names, your contact email, and an optional phone number. - Order and payment confirmation details. Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number. - Anything you send us through the support form, including any file you attach (e.g. a screenshot).

How we use it - To purchase your OurBus ticket in your passengers' names and deliver it to you. - To communicate with you about your order and provide support. We do NOT sell your personal information, and we don't use it for advertising.

Who we share it with - OurBus, only as needed to buy your ticket. Stripe, to process payment. We don't share your data with anyone else except where required by law.

How long we keep it - We retain order records as needed for accounting, fraud prevention, and support, then delete them.

Your rights - You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To make a request, use our support page and include your order reference; we'll respond within 30 days. (Deleting data tied to a completed purchase may be limited by our legal/accounting obligations.)
