No-Refund Policy

All sales are final. SeatSaver does not offer refunds.

No refunds or cancellations — once you complete a purchase, your order is non-refundable and cannot be cancelled or changed. Please double-check your route, date, passenger names, and contact details before paying.

Changes after purchase — once your OurBus ticket is issued, any changes are governed solely by OurBus's own policies. We cannot guarantee changes and do not refund for schedule changes, missed trips, or buyer's remorse.

If we cannot fulfill your order — in the rare event we are unable to purchase your ticket, we will contact you using the details on your order to make it right. Prices are re-checked when we buy your ticket.
